First time here but have been wanting to stop in and start working over the menu. I started with takoyaki because it’s not something you can get anywhere and for my first time it was as delicious as I expected. I also had the nigiri miso pork. The broth was so good I almost used the straw.

I came during lunch mid week so it was no rush. Server was excellent when I said he could pick the broth flavor of my Nigori Chicken Ramen. I also ordered the Takoyaki (fried dough ball with octopus), they were AMAZING!!! Honestly I liked them more than I liked my Ramen from Ninja Kitchen especially since I could order regular or less sodium (I got regular of course). The Ramen was just tender and not over cooked, and the myriad of toppings that it cane with were excellent. The boiled egg....... best one I've ever had and was still creamy in texture!

Tan and the entire crew were amazing! The atmosphere is such a vibe. Warm, inviting, and perfect for a lunch outing. We came in for the lunch special bento box, and everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and filling. The strawberry soju paired perfectly with the meal. Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll definitely be back to try the ramen and cheesecake next. I live way too close for this not to become my summer go-to spot! So happy to have and support small businesses like this in Mansfield 😋

First and foremost, their hospitality was great. I really appreciate Ha, who suggested the ramen specials and appetizers for us. The manager herself also checked on us in between, which made the experience feel very warm and welcoming. We loved their drinks, and we ordered two ramen bowls. Their ramen felt authentic, and I liked that they offer four different sauce options to choose from for the ramen soup base. For appetizers, we tried Chicken Karaage, Squid Geso Karaage, and Purple Sweet Potato Fries. We also ordered skewers, including chicken thighs and chicken sausages. Along with that, we had their fried rice and shrimp tempura entree. Honestly, we liked everything we tried, and we would love to go back again soon.

Highly recommended. Best dishes: Sapporo gara broth and Nigori chicken broth in kara miso (spicy miso) broth with regular salt and pork chashu. (This review is long overdue since I've been here countless times especially for ramen. That speaks volumes of this place.) Their ramen are some of the best I've had in DFW and hold up great even compared to those I've had in Japan. I've tried several ramen in Mansfield area and this is clearly the best one. The broth is rich, creamy, and seasoned well and the noodle's thickness, curls, and al-dente texture are perfect. The provided seaweed is incredibly flavorful when soaked in such broth. The pork chashu is tender and well marinated. They also offer other surprisingly authentic items like ika mentai (sliced squid and spicy cod roe), yakitori (skewers), nankotsu karaage (fried chicken cartilage soft bone). Points of improvement: 1. Chicken chashu could be much more tender and seared on the outside for more flavor (likely be better to use chicken thighs instead of breast to achieve both). 2. Similarly, the pork chashu could be seared on the outside for more flavor 3. The garnishes are well balanced but could use a bit more, especially t
